    • Up to one to three years in prison
    • Up to $25,000 in fines
    • Not eligible for expungement or sealing of record
  • If an offender took merchandise, regardless of the value, through an emergency exit, it is considered a Class 4 felony
    • A second offense is considered a Class 3 felony, which is a two to five year prison sentence
